clearnotion.live and www.clearnotion.live are run by CLEAR NOTION ACADEMY. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Service Delivery Policy.
Free content
Free mock tests, PYQs, and other free material are open to everyone. You may use them for your own study and share links to them, but not copy or republish them elsewhere.
Accounts
Keep your login details private; you are responsible for everything done through your account. One account is for one person and may not be shared. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for your use and any payment.
Paid services
Paid courses, test series, live classes, and live tests are one-time purchases paid through Razorpay/Cashfree, valid for the access period shown at checkout, and never renew automatically. All sales are final. We may change schedules, teachers, content, features, or prices, and reschedule live sessions, at any time.
Fair use
Do not share your account; record, download, resell, or republish our classes, tests, questions, or solutions; scrape or bulk-download the site; try to break or disrupt it; or abuse teachers or other students. We may suspend or close accounts that do, without notice or refund.
Our content
Official exam questions belong to their exam bodies. Our solutions, explanations, videos, notes, tests, and software belong to CLEAR NOTION ACADEMY. Buying a course gives you a personal licence to use it for your own study only.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee any score, rank, admission, or selection — results depend on your own effort and on things outside our control. The site and all content are provided "as is", without warranties, and may contain errors or be unavailable at times. Please report mistakes to support@clearnotion.live.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product involved. You agree to cover any loss we suffer because you broke these terms.

Law and changes
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update them at any time by posting a new version here.
