What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and phone number, to log you in and contact you.
• Study activity: tests taken, scores, attendance, and messages in live classes, to run and improve your learning.
• Class recordings: live classes (audio, chat, whiteboard) may be recorded for enrolled students to watch later.
• Payment records: amount, status, and order ID. Card, UPI, and bank details go directly to Razorpay/Cashfree; we never see or store them.
• Technical data: IP address and device/browser details, for security.

Who processes it

Only the services we need to run the site: Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage, Mumbai region), Razorpay/Cashfree (payments), Google AdSense (advertising), and our email/SMS providers (OTPs and notifications). We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use your browser's storage to keep you logged in and to count visits with an anonymous ID. Google AdSense, which shows ads on this site, sets its own cookies to serve and measure those ads — that data is handled under Google's own advertising policy, not ours.

Students under 18

A parent or guardian must consent before a minor uses the site, and may ask to see or delete the child's data at any time.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active, and payment records for as long as tax law requires. You can unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time, and ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@clearnotion.live. Deleting your account ends access to paid courses, without refund.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. Keep your password safe.
