Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free content stays free
Free mock tests, PYQs, and other free material are free for everyone, whether or not you buy anything. Please use them, and read the course or test details carefully, before you pay.
All sales are final
Paid courses, test series, live classes, and live tests are digital services that you can use as soon as you pay. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, including for change of mind, not using the course, or being unhappy with results. You may stop using a course at any time, but paid orders cannot be cancelled.
No auto-renewal
Every purchase is a one-time payment for the access period shown at checkout. It is not a subscription, and we never charge you again automatically.
Payment problems
If you were charged twice, money was debited but the order failed, or a successful payment was never activated on your account and we cannot activate it, email support@clearnotion.live within 7 days with your registered email and payment reference. Once verified, that amount is returned to your original payment method through Razorpay/Cashfree, usually within 5–7 working days (your bank may take longer).
